Sunnyside B&B

Quality B&B  in the Staffordshire Peak District

Welcome to Sunnyside Bed & Breakfast

Welcome to Sunnyside Bed and Breakfast in the lovely moorland village of Longnor. Sunnyside was built approximately two hundred years ago and was originally used as a farmhouse. The building still contains many original features including oak beams, open fireplaces and stone floors and was once home to Vernon Belfield, one of the famed “Heroes of Telemark”.

We can accommodate up to four guests and the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The guest lounge, with an open log fire, is a wonderful space to relax. Breakfasts are healthy, plentiful and filling and the bed and breakfast has recently been awarded a 5-star food hygiene rating by Staffordshire County Council. Pets are welcome. Enjoy your stay.

“Fantastic place to stay, an absolute gem!“

Comfortable and tasteful

Sunnyside Bed and Breakfast has two beautiful en-suite bedrooms – The Vernon and Belfield Rooms. The en-suite in the Vernon Room has a roll top bath and log burning stove, the Belfield Room has a luxury shower. If you like to be well looked after in comfortable and tasteful accommodation, then Sunnyside B&B is the right choice for you.

When you stay at Sunnyside, you don’t have to worry about using your car. The house is located close to the centre of the village with easy access to local amenities (pubs, shops, restaurant and chip shop). Conjointly there are many beautiful walks, fell runs and bike rides you can enjoy straight from the door step.
